The open layout includes a dining area and a fully equipped kitchenette with a two-burner portable stove and a minifridge, perfect for preparing simple meals. Stay comfortable year-round with a mini-split air conditioning and heating unit. The full bathroom is equipped with all essentials for a refreshing shower. Guests can also relax in the shared backyard and cool off in the fenced, non-heated swimming pool. Free shared parking is available, with space for up to two compact cars per unit. Pets are welcome with a fee of $60 for small dogs. A crate is required if pets are left alone indoors, and they must be leashed when outside. Please bring your pet’s bedding and clean up after them both indoors and outdoors. Nestled in a peaceful residential area, this location offers a blend of tranquility and convenience. Just minutes from Universal Studios, Disney, shopping plazas, and downtown Orlando, this neighborhood has it all. Shops and supermarkets are a short drive away, including Publix, Walmart, and Target. Close to well-known plazas such as The Market at Southside and SODO Shopping Center for a variety of stores and services. From local cafés to international cuisine, you’ll have plenty of dining options to explore, including Starbucks, Foxtail Coffee, Chick-fil-A, Five Guys, McDonald's, Olive Garden, Outback Steakhouse, and The Waterfront Orlando. The location offers quick and convenient access to major highways, near I-4, FL-408, and US-441. It's just 15 minutes from Orlando International Airport and around 20-25 minutes to Disney, Universal, and SeaWorld. Downtown Orlando is only 10 minutes away. Quiet residential streets with well-maintained homes offer walkable areas with nearby parks and green spaces. Close to Lake Holden and Lake Conway for fishing, kayaking, and nature walks. This property has several independent units, so some noise from neighbors is possible. Quiet hours are from 8:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. Please respect quiet hours after dark to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors. Smoking inside the property is strictly prohibited and will result in an automatic complaint. If you smoke, please do so outside and dispose of cigarette butts properly. No parties or loud noise are allowed. Dogs only are allowed. A fee of $60 will apply for dogs less than 100 lbs, and a fee of $250 will apply for stays of 1+ month for extra cleaning and bedding changes. Owners are liable for damages. Please report damages before checkout; charges may apply. Please keep noise to a minimum. Max occupancy is 2 guests, all listed in pre-arrival form. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM; late check-out may result in additional fees.
