Please do not move furniture; a $250 fine will be charged if furniture is moved from its original position. An excessive cleaning fee of up to $250 may apply for dirt, mud, or stains on floors or rugs. Non-approved pets will be subject to a $500 fine, and failure to disclose pets may result in the cancellation of your booking without a refund.
