Each bedroom features a queen bed with luxury linens, premium towels, and blankets, as well as extra closet space. You'll also enjoy a custom dining table with seating for four. This unit is pet-friendly, and we charge a $150 fee per pet. Conveniently located near the 696 expressway, this home provides quick access to Metro Detroit. Within 15 minutes or less, you can reach Downtown Detroit, Royal Oak, Grosse Pointe, and Lake St. Clair. The home is situated on a quiet, dead-end street behind a 24-hour Planet Fitness location. Smoking inside the home will result in a $1000 fee for odor removal, duct cleaning, and furniture cleaning. Quiet hours are from 9 PM to 8 AM daily, and noise complaints will incur a $250 fine. If bringing pets, we only allow 2 pets and must submit what breed for approval. Non approved pets will be subject to a $1000 fine. A $250 fee will be charged if debris is left behind after your stay.
