Inside, the main house offers generous living space, a fully equipped kitchen, and multiple hangout zones, while the casita provides added privacy with its sleeping quarters and amenities. The chef’s kitchen is fully stocked with high-end stainless appliances, a large refrigerator, ample cabinetry and cooking space, and a coffee maker with Keurig and drip options. Up to 2 dogs are allowed for $125 per stay. Tucked away in a quiet neighborhood yet just minutes from shopping, dining, and top attractions, this home brings together the best of relaxation, recreation, and convenience. Nearby attractions include Sahuaro Ranch Park, Westgate Entertainment District, State Farm Stadium, Desert Diamond Arena, and Cerreta Candy Company. For dining, consider Arrowhead Grill, Ajo Al's Mexican Cafe, The Sicilian Butcher – Peoria, The Vig – Park West, and Thirsty Lion Gastropub. Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 10am. No cats are allowed. Guests must be 25 years or older to book this property. No parties are allowed—violations may result in immediate termination of the stay. An exterior camera is installed solely to monitor the cleaning team for quality and security purposes. Parking is available in the driveway and in front of the garage for a maximum of 9 cars. Guests are required to complete a simple screening process within 48 hours of booking confirmation. Guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement that includes agreeing to the rental terms and conditions, providing a valid government-issued ID and a matching credit card before check-in, and paying a non-refundable $60 damage waiver. Starting November 1st, 2025, the lazy river can be heated for an additional $100 per night of your stay, and it must be heated for the entire length of your stay with at least a 3-day notice before your arrival. A dedicated workspace is available.
