Tucked away in a quiet neighborhood yet just minutes from shopping, dining, and top attractions, this home brings together the best of relaxation, recreation, and convenience. Nearby attractions include Sahuaro Ranch Park, Westgate Entertainment District, State Farm Stadium, Desert Diamond Arena, and Cerreta Candy Company. For dining, enjoy Arrowhead Grill, Ajo Al's Mexican Cafe, The Sicilian Butcher – Peoria, The Vig – Park West, and Thirsty Lion Gastropub. Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 10am. No parties are allowed, and violations may result in immediate termination of the stay. Guests must be 25 years or older to book this property. The pool is "heated" to about 20-30 degrees above the ambient temperature during the winter and spring months; however, when the weather is cooler it may not be as warm as expected. An exterior camera is installed solely to monitor the cleaning team for quality and security purposes. Parking is available in the driveway and in front of the garage for a maximum of 9 cars. Guests are required to complete a simple screening process within 48 hours of booking confirmation. Bedroom 1 in the main house and bedroom 2 in the casita each have a dedicated workspace.
