The master bath is spa-like with a huge walk-in shower with dual rainfall showerheads and fine Italian Calacatta marble. The fully fenced-in private yard has green space and a patio area. Entertainment options include a private cinema room and a gorgeous pool. House-trained pets are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet, with a maximum of 2 pets per stay. Free parking is available for up to 2 cars in the garage and 2 cars in the driveway. Conveniently located in the Sheffield Village neighborhood of Grand Prairie, this vacation home is just 20 minutes from DFW Airport and 25 minutes to downtown Dallas and downtown Fort Worth, providing easy access to both cities. Joe Pool Lake and Mountain Creek Lake are about 20 minutes away. Grand Prairie Premium Outlets, Epic Waters Indoor Waterpark, and Prairie Lights are all within 10 minutes. The Theatre at Grand Prairie, Ripley’s Believe It or Not Museum, and AT&T Stadium are less than 20 minutes away. Six Flags Over Texas is also a short drive away. Smoking of any type is not allowed and violations are subject to a $450 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages. Room #5 will be opened for groups of 12+ guests. Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 10am. Only registered guests are allowed on the property. The spa heating element and jets are inoperable. There is a noise alert device installed in the home to measure decibels and send alerts in case reasonable noise levels are exceeded. The fireplace is gas operated and should only be used by those familiar with its proper use, at their own risk. Do not leave it unattended. Plenty of body towels are provided, but guests are welcome to bring their own pool towels.
