Designed with a welcoming homage to the south, this home features 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, accommodating groups of up to 9. The backyard oasis includes an outdoor swimming pool, patio, grill, and fire pit, along with a cinema room with a hockey table. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to whip up a great home-cooked meal, including standard appliances like an oven, fridge, freezer, stove, microwave, and dishwasher, as well as cooking essentials such as pots, pans, and utensils. Free parking is available to guests on the driveway. No street parking allowed due to City Parking Regulations. Complimentary use of the washer and dryer is included with your reservation. Pets are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet, with a maximum of 2 pets per stay. Welcome to Garland, Texas! Known as a cultural center in North Texas, Garland is a culturally diverse city with rich history, urban appeal, natural resources, and pure Texas charisma. Enjoy Texas shopping, a rich arts scene, idyllic outdoor recreation, and a full slate of special community events. Just a stone’s throw away from Dallas, explore attractions like the Garland Landmark Museum, Surf & Swim Recreation Center, Galleria Dallas, Adventure Landing Dallas, and Vitruvian Park. Smoking of any type is not allowed, with violations subject to a $450 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages. Check-in is at 4pm and checkout is at 10am. No parties or events are allowed. Pets should be discussed in advance; only house-trained pets are allowed, and they should be kept off beds and furniture. Pet cleaning fees apply.
