The spacious dining area flows seamlessly into the living space, creating an inviting atmosphere for relaxation. Ask about our add-ons: Early Check-in, Late Check-out, Pack 'n Play Crib, Beach Wagon, Surf and Boogie Boards, Pets Policy, and Car Rentals to save the hassle of the rental agency. There’s a $100 fee per pet per stay for your furry friends. Please keep pets off the beds, comforters, and sofas to avoid extra cleaning or replacement fees if bedding, towels, carpets, or furniture are stained, chewed, or covered in heavy fur. Undeclared pets (including ESAs) will incur a $200 fee per pet. Located across the street from Market Street and Ralph’s, you’ll have easy access to groceries and some of San Diego’s best restaurants. Plus, you're just a few blocks away from Petco Park for baseball games, concerts, and more! The San Diego Convention Center is also close by, ideal for event-goers. You’ll be steps away from downtown’s top attractions. Take a stroll to the Embarcadero, where you can visit the USS Midway Museum, take a harbor tour, or enjoy waterfront dining. For shopping and more dining options, head over to Seaport Village. The lively Gaslamp Quarter offers exciting nightlife, while Waterfront Park and the scenic San Diego Bay provide relaxing outdoor options. Filming or production work is allowed with an additional fee. Shoes off upon entry. Quiet Hours: 10 p.m. - 9 a.m. No parties allowed. Undeclared guests will be charged $65 per person if not disclosed. Smoking indoors will incur a $200 charge. No unplugging, tampering, or covering any Wi-Fi, outdoor security cams, locks, etc. (fees will apply). No unlawful use of the home, such as illegal activities or substances. Use coasters under all glasses, cups, or mugs to prevent water rings and stains. Use trivet mats for hot pots to prevent heat damage to surfaces. Garbage disposal: Do not put metal, plastic, egg shells, grease, potato peels, bones, coffee grounds, pasta, or celery in the disposal—throw them away. If it stops working, press the small red button under the sink or use an Allen wrench to free it up. A laptop computer is not included. The building offers fantastic amenities, including a gym, community room with BBQ grills and games, a reading area, and a recreation room—all accessible with a key fob. You’ll also have an assigned underground parking spot for hassle-free parking. We do have outside security cameras for security and peace of mind. Transit is available within a few blocks. Blazing-fast Gigabit Wi-Fi ensures remote productivity.
