Super neat and clean--expect the same in shared living space. There is no pool or gym, but there are designated bar b que areas on the second floor terrace and the roof top patio area. (Fit, 24 hour & YMCA are just a few blocks away) There is 1 additional parking spot in the building (Garaged) included in rent The complex is upscale right in the heart of the GasLamp on 4th and J Street.
