The apartment includes a fully equipped kitchen, in-unit washer and dryer, smart TV with streaming apps, and complimentary coffee. Metered street parking is available along Howard Avenue for $3 per hour from Monday through Saturday and free on Sundays. Optional services such as mid-stay cleanings and early check-in or late checkout are available for an additional fee. The property is smoke-free, and any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees starting at $500. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75 per hour late fee. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission, and only one towel is provided per guest per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. Emotional support animals may incur a pet fee, and their presence can be declined. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times and observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM. The apartment is monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Long-term stays of 30 days or more are subject to a background search and credit check.
