The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, a coffee maker, and cookware for all your needs, and a spacious dining area perfect for group meals. The primary bedroom features a king bed, smart TV, and private en-suite, while the second bedroom has a queen bed, and the third bedroom offers 2 twin beds. The living room also includes a full-size pullout couch for extra guests. Bathrooms are fresh and clean, with a primary en-suite featuring a walk-in shower, plush towels, and toiletries, and a shared bathroom with a shower/tub combo. Driveway parking is available for multiple vehicles. Pets are welcome with a fee, and for stays over 7 nights, a mid-stay cleaning is required to help keep the space fresh. This is the same as the regular cleaning fee and will be collected after booking. This beautiful home offers the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and relaxation for your Corpus Christi stay. The pool availability is subject to HOA guidelines and repair schedules, and there is no lifeguard on duty. Guests swim at their own risk, and constant supervision is required for all, especially children and non-swimmers. Life jackets and flotation devices are not provided, so guests are welcome to bring their own approved safety gear. Please do not use the pool if you have open wounds or any infectious conditions, and ensure that everyone showers before and after pool use to maintain hygiene. No diving is allowed, and guests are asked to keep the pool area clean by refraining from bringing glass containers and disposing of trash in the provided receptacles. By using the pool, guests acknowledge that they have read and understood the disclosure and agree to abide by the pool safety guidelines outlined. Starter supplies are provided, including trash bags, dishwashing pods, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, coffee, creamer, and sugar. These items are intended to get you started, and any additional supplies beyond the starter pack are the guest’s responsibility unless your stay is 14 days or longer, in which case a mid-stay replenishment may be offered.
