The heart of the home features a fully stocked kitchen with everything you need to cook or serve up your favorite meals, including stainless steel appliances, a full-size fridge, stove/oven, microwave, coffee maker (drip and Keurig), blender, toaster, pots, pans, cooking utensils, dishware for all ages, and even kid-friendly cups and plates. Gather and unwind in the cozy living area with comfy seating, a large Smart TV for movie nights, and an open-concept layout that connects seamlessly to the kitchen and dining area—perfect for group hangs, meals, and game nights. Extra sleeping space is available with a full-size pullout couch. This home also features an incredible garage game room with a Smart TV, ping pong, foosball, and retro arcade games. Pets are welcome with a $120 per stay pet fee per pet, capped to be paid prior to your stay. There is a maximum of either one large animal 50-75 lbs or two small animals under 40 lbs. All pets must be kenneled and house trained, leashed at all times if outside the home, and kept off all furniture, bedding, and off sheets and blankets or a minimum cleaning fee of $100 will be assessed. All guests assume responsibility for any damages or injury caused by their animals. Emotional support animals are not exempt from this pet policy and pet fees must be paid. All homes are equipped with Smart TVs and all streaming services are bring your own login (BYOL). Some TVs may have the streaming service already logged in but login credentials for any streaming services are not provided. To help you settle in, a starter pack of essentials including trash bags, dishwashing pods, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, coffee, creamer, and sugar is provided. These items are intended to get you started — any additional supplies beyond the starter pack are the guest’s responsibility unless your stay is 14 days or longer, in which case a mid-stay replenishment may be offered.
