This is a 3 bed 2 bathroom apartment for rent with 1 year left on the lease. We are looking for 1-2 new people to take over the lease with the 1 roommate who will be staying at the property. The two bedrooms available share a bathroom, and have their own closet space. Utilities are not included (besides internet) and the deposit has been paid so you will not need to pay one, and we have internet you will not need to pay for. There are two parking spots next to the unit we can transfer over that would be 55$ each per month, but there is free street parking as well that is always open. The property has a pool, on site maintenance, a gym, dog park and more and is a 2 minute walk away from king soopers as well as being less than 10 minutes from downtown boulder.
