This historic yet modernly renovated condo provides the ultimate home-away-from-home experience with unmatched hospitality. Relax with comfortable beds, blackout curtains, a relaxing couch, high-speed Wi-Fi, and Hulu + Live TV channels. The kitchen features a gourmet gas range, convection oven, refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, and stackable washer and dryer. Granite countertops complete the kitchen, which comes fully equipped with essentials such as measuring cups, spoons, mixing bowls, roasting pans, and a garlic press. The adjacent dining room comfortably seats four. The screen porch area is perfect for enjoying morning coffee or tea. A workstation with a 32” monitor, wireless keyboard, and mouse is available for rent for $10.00 per day. There is ample on-site parking next to the building. A pack n’ play and/or highchair can be requested with at least 24-hour advance notice. Pets are welcome with a fee of $59 per dog (two maximum). If not registered, a $120 fee per dog applies. Single beds can be joined into a king-sized bed for a one-time $50 fee. The neighborhood offers a vibrant culinary scene and charming local shops. Charlotte’s renowned greenway is less than a half-mile away, providing 30 miles of trails for biking, running, or walking. The area is also close to Freedom Park, Dilworth, Plaza-Midwood, and the Atrium Medical Center. Uptown Charlotte is only one mile away, offering easy access to iconic attractions and cultural destinations. Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am. The property has a zero tolerance for parties, unruly behavior, loud music, disrespectful or unlawful activities. Violations may result in forfeiture of the entire reservation and additional fees.
