Your BBQ comes with a complimentary full propane tank at check-in, and a one-time refill is available for $55. A Pack ‘N Play crib and a highchair are available for a one-time charge of $40 each. Parties, events, and smoking/vaping of any kind are prohibited in or around the property and risk a fine of $150. Late departures will result in a fine of $150 for each additional hour the property cannot be accessed for turnover. Large messes will result in an additional cleaning fee.
