Unfortunately, cats cannot be accommodated at this time. The home is located in a quiet and friendly neighborhood near Bogle Park and within walking distance of Bentonville Town Square. You can also access Walmart Home Office and the famous Onyx Coffee Lab from this prime location. Bentonville offers vibrant downtown squares, historical areas, world-class museums, and cycling trails that connect you across Northwest Arkansas. The area is known for its natural beauty, with the Ozark National Forest and Beaver Lake offering outdoor recreation opportunities. Nearby trail systems and places of interest include Crystal Bridges, Razorback Greenway, Slaughter Pen, Coler Preserve, and The Back 40, providing loads to do for all tastes. This is a smoke-free home. Smoking inside will incur a charge for the cost of smoke remediation, which can run more than $1,000. Parties or events are strictly prohibited unless pre-arranged. Unregistered overnight guests will incur a $50 fee per guest for each night of their stay. Late check-outs that haven't been pre-approved will result in a $100 fee, and if more than 90 minutes late, the greater of either $250 or the full rate for another night will be charged. Early check-ins, if not pre-arranged, are not permitted. Please do not use bathroom towels to clean bikes, as replacement costs will be charged. The dedicated workspace is impeccably equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi, making remote work or study a breeze. A laptop computer is not included.
