Heat and hot water are included! Laundry is around the corner on-site. A supermarket is under 5 minutes walk from your door. Parking is available on the street via permit or for rent from the management company. This building is located right near the B, C, and D Green line T stops. That means you can easily go to BU, BC, Brookline, Longwood, Newton, etc.. without having to switch lots of trains. Any of those lines will take you directly to Boston. Very convenient! The 65 bus is also very close which will take you to MCPHS, Northeastern University, Wentworth, MassArt, SMFA, and every other college and university in that area. It'll also take you to Brighton Center if you want to go there and have frozen custard or tacos. The 501 bus will take you all the way to the commuter rail at Forest Hills, stopping through some other parts of Boston on the way. The 86 bus will take you all through Cambridge and Somerville.
