Of course, after a long day, it’s reassuring to know that your well-equipped kitchen and elegant dining table are ready to provide a 5-star dining experience right at home. Whether you choose to venture out or stay in, this space serves as the perfect home base for work, relaxation, and entertainment. Private garage parking is available, accommodating only one car. We welcome up to two pets per reservation, each weighing under 35 lbs. A fee of $49 per pet is charged for stays of 1–6 nights, with additional charges for longer stays. For pets over 35 lbs, a one-time $49 large pet fee applies for one pet, and $95 for two larger pets. Bringing undisclosed pets into the unit may result in a minimum $500 fine and cancellation of your stay without refund. Situated in a vibrant neighborhood, this property places you within minutes of top attractions, dining, and nightlife. Enjoy easy access to the NASCAR Hall of Fame, Discovery Place Science, Carowinds Amusement Park, Billy Graham Library, U.S. National Whitewater Center, Spectrum Center, SouthPark Mall, Bank of America Stadium, Camp North End, NoDa (North Davidson Arts District), Plaza Midwood, and Freedom Park. Each destination is just a short drive away, making it convenient to explore the best of Charlotte. Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM. During this time, guests must keep noise to a minimum. Bluetooth speakers, sound systems, and amplified music are prohibited at all times throughout the unit, hallways, and outdoor areas. If noise levels exceed 80 decibels for more than 10 consecutive minutes, guests will be fined $2,500, removed from the property immediately, and their reservation will be canceled without refund. Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on the premises. If a smoke detector is tampered with, guests will be fined $2,500 and removed from the property immediately without refund. Unauthorized guests will result in a $500 fine per person, immediate removal from the property, and cancellation of the reservation without refund. All guests must complete our identity verification process prior to check-in. The primary guest must be at least 21 years old. Failure to complete this process will result in cancellation of your reservation without refund.
