This spacious yet cozy home features three bedrooms and two bathrooms, offering ample space for the whole family to feel at home. Enjoy the convenience of self check-in and check-out, and make use of the driveway that accommodates up to three small vehicles parked back to back. This home boasts three spacious bedrooms and two bathrooms, along with large living areas and a fully equipped kitchen. Enjoy the private saltwater pool with an option to add heat, spacious indoor and outdoor dining areas, outdoor pool loungers, an outdoor shower, a tiki bar, and a putting green. The master bedroom features a king-size bed with an attached bathroom, while the second bedroom has a queen bed and the third bedroom offers two full beds, both sharing a bathroom. The living room includes a queen pull-out couch. For an additional fee of $35 per day, you can add pool heating to your reservation with at least a week's notice. A golf cart is available for reservation at $80 per day, with a two-day minimum. We welcome one house-trained dog with prior approval and a pet fee, subject to a security deposit of up to $150. Check-out time is 10 AM, and late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. The home is self-catering, so supplies are not refilled during your stay. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. No smoking, drugs, or glass are allowed on the property, and tampering with pool equipment could result in fines up to $150 plus damages. The property is not baby-proofed, and only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight. Please respect the neighborhood and keep noise to a minimum during quiet hours. Fireworks and firearms are not permitted on the property.
