I absolutely love living at this apartment community! From the moment I moved in, Jenn and Melina made me feel right at home. The amenities are top-notch, and the maintenance team, especially Tito, is always quick to respond. The location is great with easy access to a lot of shops and restaurants. I couldn't ask for a better place to call home!
Melina is simply the best can i say professional and very patient with the entire process and going to extra mile to ensure all questions are answered. I'm grateful to be living here. The entire staff is so kind and helpful. Jen, the manager, is so helpful and very professional

To Start off, i don't think i deserve this place. Charleston is an amazing place full of finer things at UNBELIEVABLY reasonable prices. They got community amenities (pool area, game room for parties, a private gym thats got freaking free weights) and heck, they even do community get-togethers at the front area. Like just to do it. The rent prices for what I got is unreal, a 3b2b that ALSO came with most appliances already in it no extra charge. A beautiful scenery around entire complex and most of the Tenants I've seen are just, nice people. So you can understand why i didn't feel like i "should" be here, but Thanks to Melina and Nicholas at the front i changed my outlook immediately. They helped me out and got me set up for Charleston almost too easily and I've been hooked since. The two really helped me out with the move in process and other day to day questions i had after i moved in (i had alot). They made me feel that I do belong here, and i mean for the price i honestly cannot blame them.

I came here with my mother multiple times to look at apartments and the people where very understanding about finding what we're looking for. Melina was especially kind in showing us around, and we finally found the apartment we were looking for.
The parking in building 2 is not great but there's not really anything the management can do about that without more space. Otherwise we have been very happy with our apartment! It is clean, and centrally located near everything we need. Grocery stores and restaurants are close by.
We moved in to our apartment on October 1st and are very happy with the sales force and the maintenance crew. Any issues that came up, they were handled quickly and professionally. Love the area and the apartment life has been great.

The leasing staff at Charleston on 66th have been exceptionally helpful and attentive. Nicholas, for example, went above and beyond by assisting me with a broken key after hours, sparing me the hassle of calling a locksmith. Additionally, Melina ensured that my mattress delivery went smoothly even when we couldn't be home. Charleston on 66th stands out as the best apartment complex I've lived in within the Tampa, St. Pete, Clearwater area. The amenities, including the pool and fitness center, are always well-maintained and ready for guest use.

I moved in 3 days ago and my experience has been phenomenal. Melina gave me a tour and was extremely kind, knowledgeable, and efficient with helping me complete my application as I was in a rush to find a place. She was extremely helpful and attentive, answering all my questions along the way and ensuring a smooth process. When Melina wasn't available, Will was just as helpful. These two made everything not only an easy move-in process, but also made it enjoyable and fun as they are both extremely outgoing and personable. My apartment was clean and move-in ready and the amenities were clean and readily accessible. From start to finish, my move-in process was very pleasant. I've had great experiences at other apartment complexes before; however, none of them compare to how great Charleston has been. S/O to Melina and Will!
I’ve been living at Charleston on 66th for about 3 months now. I love everything about it! Im at the pool and the gym all the time! Every employee there is super nice and just trying to help. Melina the leasing agent there made it a priority to find my family and I our new home! She was awesome!
