This home is located in a quiet and friendly neighborhood, just minutes away from parks, schools, and shopping. A maximum of 2 dogs are allowed for a flat fee of $125 per stay. Requests to bring a 3rd or 4th dog are subject to approval and will incur an additional $100 fee. Undisclosed pets will result in a $150 fee and may lead to reservation cancellation without refund. You will be responsible for any additional cleaning or damage fees. The property has decibel readers that track noise levels outside and there is a $500 fine for excessive noise levels between 10pm and 8am. No indoor smoking is allowed with a minimum $500 charge for extra cleaning. Smoking outside is permitted. No underage consumption or drugs are allowed. No parties or large gatherings are permitted. You will be charged $150 for late checkout without prior notice. Please remove your shoes when entering the house to help keep the space clean and comfortable. If you violate any house rules, you will be required to vacate the property immediately, and no refund will be issued for any unused nights. If the property is equipped with a grill, guests are responsible for refilling the propane tank if needed and will be reimbursed upon receipt. If it’s a charcoal grill, guests should bring their own charcoal. Checkout instructions are provided and appreciated to ensure a seamless transition for the next guests.
