We lived here for just over a year and never had a problem. Kari and Lanie in the office are great, Dave, who is in charge of maintenance is great. Whenever we had questions or concerns they were handled immediately. We felt comfortable and safe living here. Their pet policy is generous, which was a big reason we wanted to live there to begin with - and the garages! Would highly recommend it.
