The fully equipped chef’s kitchen includes stainless steel appliances such as an oven, fridge, freezer, stove, dishwasher, and microwave, along with an open concept layout and island seating for 4. The dining area offers a cozy breakfast nook, a dinner table with seating for 6+ guests, and additional seating at the kitchen island. Free parking is available to all guests in the garage and on the driveway. Pets are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet with a maximum of 2 pets per stay. An additional nightly rate applies for more than 6 guests, with a $29/night fee for each additional guest. Conveniently nestled between Dallas and Fort Worth and adjacent to the DFW International Airport, Irving is a keystone city in the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex. Home to the Mandalay Canals, Toyota Music Factory, and Las Colinas, Irving has a unique vibe with entertainment, fine dining, music galore, and a history all its own. Popular nearby Irving points of interest include the Toyota Music Factory, Jaycee Park Center for the Arts, and Irving Mall. For those interested in exploring Dallas, noteworthy attractions include the Perot Museum of Nature and Science, Dallas Arboretum Botanical Gardens, and Reunion Tower. Smoking of any type is not allowed and violations are subject to a $450 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages. Check-in is at 4pm and checkout is at 10am. No parties or events are allowed. Pet arrangements should be discussed in advance and only house-trained pets are allowed. Pet cleaning fees apply.
