Smart TVs are available in the living rooms and every bedroom, easily connecting to all your favorite streaming apps. Enjoy a reliable Wi-Fi connection, a private office for work, a private entrance with self check-in, and a 2-car driveway with plenty of street parking. This dog-friendly home welcomes up to 2 dogs with a $150 pet fee, with no breed or weight restrictions. Experience add-ons are available to elevate your stay, including early check-ins and late check-outs, private chefs, in-home massages, and in-home yoga sessions. Situated in the vibrant Weho neighborhood, this home places you right in the heart of Nashville, with most of the city's top attractions just 10 minutes away. You’ll find fantastic coffee shops and restaurants within a few blocks, plus many more just a short drive away. Some favorites include Humphreys Street Coffee Shop, Diskin Cider, and Earnest Hideaway. For a special experience, reserve a table at Bastion—one of the best restaurants in town! While the home is close to all Nashville has to offer, it’s not within walking distance of many attractions. Driving or using Lyft and Uber is recommended for easy access to the city’s top spots. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. Renters must be at least 21 years of age, and guests under the minimum age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. The property shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed in your reservation. No smoking is permitted on the property at any time. There will be an additional cleaning fee of up to $500 for violations of the house rules or for excessive cleaning required. Includes a private office with a reliable Wi-Fi connection. A laptop computer is not included.
