It includes 2 bedrooms with 1 bathroom, a fully functional kitchen with supplies such as tea, coffee, a kettle, coffeemaker, and toaster. Additionally, there is a washer and dryer with supplies, and a bathroom equipped with towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, a hair dryer, and other toiletries you may have forgotten at home. Paid underground parking with in/out privileges is available upon request and is not included in the price. The price is $20 per night or $10 CAD if you book 15 nights or more. Please request in advance as it could be booked. Pets are allowed in the apartment with a fee of $10 per night for one pet. If you plan to stay with pets, please confirm prior to booking. Travel crib for babies 0-18 months and bed rails are available at $5 per item per night. Please book in advance. Guests need to be 18 or over to check in. Guests whose names or ID do not match the information given are not allowed into the building. These are mandatory requirements, and if you do not agree to provide this information, a refund cannot be guaranteed. Smoking inside the unit is prohibited, and if it occurs, the deposit will not be refunded.
