The bright living room offers a comfy sofa and a flat-screen TV, while the fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals. The private backyard retreat includes a pool and a jacuzzi under the stars, with a washer and dryer located outdoors by the backyard. Free parking for 4 cars is included. The pool is cleaned twice a week on Monday and Friday. The jacuzzi is not heated as it is an extension of the pool. Upon arrival, the apartment will receive basic supplies to ensure a comfortable stay on the first day. Nestled in a prime area of Miami, this home is surrounded by some of the city’s most iconic neighborhoods and points of interest. It's approximately 2 miles from the University of Miami, a short 10-minute drive to the historic Coral Gables, and just under 15 minutes to Coconut Grove. South Miami is only about 5 minutes away, and Miami International Airport is conveniently located just 15 minutes from the property. Downtown Miami is around 20 minutes away, offering quick access to the city's business district, museums, and nightlife. The location provides easy access to major highways such as US-1 and 836 Dolphin Expressway, and is within reach of Metrorail stations and bus routes for convenient public transportation. Smoking is not allowed inside, as it may lead to a fine. Avoid excessive noise, as the property is located in a residential area. Check-in time is at 16:00 and check-out time is at 11:00. If you require a late check-out, please contact us 24 hours in advance; note that this will incur an additional cost. Package deliveries to the property address are not allowed. Unfortunately, washcloths are not provided. Please keep household items inside the house. In case of any lost linens or apartment keys, an additional cost will be charged to replace them. Turn off the air conditioning when leaving to maintain a comfortable environment for everyone.
