This recently renovated and thoughtfully designed 1 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom apartment in the heart of Charleston is the perfect place to spend your one month plus stay in Downtown Charleston! Enter through the front door into the spacious living room. Here you will find a comfortable sofa, TV, and dining table for 2. The clean design and soothing color palette make this the perfect space for relaxing! Just off of the living room is the small, yet efficient kitchen. You will find the kitchen fully stocked with all the essential necessary to cook a delicious meal! Also on the first floor is an adorable half bathroom for your convenience. Head upstairs to the spacious and comfortable master suite. The bedroom features a King size bed, dresser, and two closets for storage. In one of the closets you will find a full size washer/dryer. The bathroom features a large tile shower with glass door and vanity! This apartment comes with one designated off street parking space located in the parking lot behind the building. Small dogs allowed with $250 pet fee. No cats allowed. In addition to the security deposit of one full month’s rent and monthly rent charges, you are required to pay a move out cleaning fee of $325 upon signing the lease agreement. * Please note that any bookings less than 90 days are subject to the City of Charleston's 10% accommodations tax. Other things to note: Our Housekeeping Team members clean and sanitize all hard surfaces of our vacation homes, including but not limited to floors, countertops, railings, sink faucets, appliances, doorknobs, and light switches. The quality of disinfectants we use should remove 100 percent of the microscopic organisms on surfaces, and effectively stop the spread of disease and viruses. Linens and towels are laundered offsite at our linen facility. There is no evidence to suggest that this particular coronavirus will survive the wash chemistry and temperatures in the wash and dry process. All soiled linens are treated as if they are contaminated. Our housekeeping staff is trained to use the best hygiene practices at all times.
