This is a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom single-family home in Lawrenceville. The kitchen, dining room, and living room are open to each other on the first floor. The kitchen has granite countertops, dishwasher, built in microwave, gas stove and refrigerator. There is a breakfast bar between the dining room and kitchen. The living room has a a coat closet and a decorative brick fireplace. The second floor features vaulted ceilings in every room, two bedrooms, a den, a bathroom with two vanities, and a laundry closet with a washer and dryer. Each of the bedrooms has double closets and ceiling fans. The front bedroom is approximately 14 x 10 feet with an exposed brick accent wall between the closets. The rear bedroom is approximately 12 x 12 feet. (Measurements don't including the bedroom closets.) The den is approximately 9x9 feet. It has a window and a ceiling fan, but it doesn't have a closet. Gas and electric bills should be reasonable, due to the installation of all new insulation, new windows, and a high-efficiency furnace and central air. Tenant pays gas, electric, water, and sewage. Landlord pays for trash removal. All of our properties are smoke free and pet friendly for friendly pets with a two animal maximum. There are no breed or weight restrictions. We require proof of rabies vaccinations (and licenses for dogs), but we do not charge additional rent or fees for pets.
