However, to include these fuzzy family members, there will be a non refundable $200 pet fee with an additional $35 per month charge for the 1st pet. Qualifications - $2160 to move in, which includes 1st month & security deposit - $3200 verifiable monthly income (does not apply to sect 8) - No previous evictions within the last 3 years - Applicant must have a current lease in your name - Good Landlord reference - Sect 8 and similar programs are accepted and have a separate pre-qualification form - Pet's are allowed, if approved there's a $200 non refundable pet fee and monthly charge of $35 per month for 1st pet.
