Greentree allows for easy access to I-77 along with downtown restaurants and shopping. Check out our numerous floor plans we have to offer with many amenities! -1 bedrooms -Multiple Floorplans Apply online today $35 application fee. $250 non refundable pet fee and $25 monthly pet rent. 45 pound weight limit on pets. Resident pays electricity as well as $30-40 flat fee for trash, and sewer. Security deposit is the same as one month rent amount. Water fee charge $45 depending on amount of bedrooms and occupants.
