Cozy 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home perfect for you. Walking into your new home is the living room that opens to the kitchen. Appliances include oven, dishwasher, built in microwave and refrigerator. Carpet in the bedrooms and tile throughout the main living area. The second bedroom has access to the backyard through the side door. The master bathroom is large with a shower and separate tub. To the left of the master bathroom is the utility room that has washer and dryer hookups and also leads to the large backyard. The front and backyard is gated. This home can be yours for 12 month or longer! This home will be available for immediate occupancy. The rental rate is $1,095.00 per month and the security deposit is $1,195.00. Pets are subject to owners approval. If pets are approved, there is a $20.00 per pet monthly pet fee, plus the $150 per pet of additional deposit. Unless otherwise requested by the resident, our residents are automatically enrolled in our Utility and Maintenance Reduction Program. This program costs $25 per month. It typically saves residents up to 15% of their utility costs, which more than covers the cost of the program. Every adult age 18 and over must complete an application. The application fee is $55 per adult. The application process includes credit, criminal, previous rental history, employment and income verification. Our minimum rental requirements include the following: 1. The applicants' household verifiable gross monthly income must be 3 times the rental rate. We do not accept Section 8. 5. Applicant to provide proof that debts to previous landlords have been satisfied. An eviction can be grounds for denial. 6.
