THE LOCATION: - Convenient location less than half a mile from Cornell. 10m walk to College Town. - Across the street from a TCAT stop. - Parking spot reserved for you (upgradable to Garage parking) YOUR BEDROOM: - You have your own full bathroom. - Full-size bed extra-long. - Drawers and a computer desk. THE APARTMENT - Living room: Large space with very large windows, Couches and a TV table. - Sharing a full kitchen with only one other person. - FREE dryer and laundry inside the apartment. - All utilities (heat, wifi, gas) included AND you can control the temp yourself. OTHER AMENITIES: - 24/7 GYM. - A community center for residents. - Study Lounges in your building + community center. - Starbuck machine in the Community Center. - Pet-friendly community. - Access to a small plot to plant something if you want. - Community events - Very fast internet. - Convent electronic payment system (accepts credit cards.)
