I've been living at University park apartments for 1year. I'm very happy living here! It's very clean the pool and the gym are amazing! Anything you may need is just around the corner the mall great places to eat.... My adult children also live here and they just love it! I plan on living here for a long time! Thank you for a wonderful place to live đź‘Ťđź‘Ťđź‘Ťđź‘Ť I must add that the staff is very quick and helpful with any problem that may come up! They are all very nice.... Thanks again!

I lived at University Park Apartments for 11.5 years and I never had a problem with these people. They are very easy to work with, understanding, friendly, flexible, and accommodating, always ready for you. If something goes wrong in the apartment, they will fix it as soon as feasible, without a fuss. I went there in extremely difficult life conditions; renting at University Park was pivotal in stabilizing my life; it helped me recover, get two graduate degrees, rebuild a family, publish several books, and ultimately move out when I could buy a house. The management at University Park is kind to everyone living there. I have seen that apartment complex transform from a place mostly for Cornell graduate students to a very diverse and inclusive community, in an always friendly environment—from all perspective angles you can take. The place is quiet, safe, and conveniently located, on main bus route: not far from shopping places but not too close to the busy and noisy parts of Ithaca; it takes you 12 minutes to get to the Cornell campus by bus, 15 minutes by bicycle. I have had an excellent overall experience at University Park and I recommend living there to everyone looking for a place to rent.
