Spacious Studio Apartment Located in Columbia Heights Available by Mid-May! This large studio has plenty of wonderful features including a breakfast bar, hardwood floors, two double closets, and has a layout that cannot be beat! This unit is located on the second floor and is located at the end of the hallway which means that you do not need to worry about foot traffic in the building. There is even a shared roof- top deck with views of the National Cathedral and Washington Monument! The Hillside Condominium is located just off of 14th Street in Columbia Heights. With a location right above Florida Avenue, you will be in close proximity to all of the great shops and restaurants in Columbia Heights, Adams Morgan, and U Street Corridor. Several major bus lines run up and down 14th & 16th Streets including 52, 54, and the S-Line. The Columbia Heights Metro Station is also just a half mile away. There is an application fee of $50 per applicant. The minimum lease term is for one (1) year. The Security Deposit is equal to one full month's rent. The minimum credit score requirement is 670 (per DC statute, the approval decision is not based solely on the credit score).
