The smallest of the three bedrooms is off of the living room. The hall bathroom can be accessed directly from this bedroom and from the hall. There’s a short set of steps to access the other two bedrooms. The largest of these has two closets including a huge walk-in with shelving. The primary bedroom suite offers a deck, two closets, and an en suite bathroom. Both bathrooms have a shower or bathtub and vintage tile in mid-century colors. Ample parking on the paved driveway, small garage, and an additional off-street spot on the east side of the house. Interior access to the basement level that includes laundry. The washer and dryer are included! Ceiling fan in each bedroom. Laminate and tile flooring throughout. Tenant responsible for all utilities including water/ sewer, electricity, natural gas (for the furnace), and lawn care/ landscaping. No smoking. No cosigners. One pet under 25 lb is negotiable.
