The inviting living room features a gas fireplace, creating a cozy place to relax after a day at the beach. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, electric stove and range, microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal, Keurig, and standard coffee maker. Three fans are also provided throughout the home, along with a washer and dryer for added convenience. Outdoor living is one of the highlights of this property. Enjoy the private backyard and patio surrounded by established landscaping, fire up the propane BBQ for an afternoon cookout, or simply unwind outside and enjoy the coastal air. An outdoor shower provides the perfect spot to rinse off after spending the day at nearby Silver Strand Beach. Pets are welcome with a maximum of two pets and a $150 pet fee per pet. Winter rent is $4,000 per month and summer rent is $4,200 per month. A $450 monthly flat-rate utility fee applies.
