Home Features 2 bedrooms, office/den, 2 bathrooms Backyard patio overlooking the golf course 2 car garage, with golf cart door and with electric openers Heated and cooled with a heat pump Laundry room with washer and dryer hookups (bring your own units) Community Features Tennis courts Golf course Tenant Responsibilities Water, sewer, and common area landscaping is included in the rent. Tenant is responsible for electricity, garbage, tv/internet, and weeding the planter beds around the house. Pets One cat or small dog is possible on a case by case basis with $50 per month in pet rent and an additional $500 refundable security deposit. Move-In Requirements First month’s rent Last month’s rent $2,100 refundable security deposit $400 non-refundable carpet cleaning fee Tenants are required to have a renters insurance policy Applicant Criteria We seek long-term, responsible, non-smoking/vaping tenants with good rental references or mortgage payment history, and verified monthly income at least 3x the rent.
