The bedrooms are large and there is an abundance of counter space. The bathroom is nicely updated with a contemporary tiled shower surround an newer vanity. There's vinyl plank throughout for easy cleaning and an evaporative cooler and ceiling fans to keep you cool in the summer. Your unit is in the rear of the building, creating a cocoon of privacy. The Fenwood also offers free off-site parking, and onsite laundry. LEASE TERMS: - $1,150 rent and a $500 deposit. - Tenant pays $75/month for common area utilities fee (water, sewer, gas and trash). - Tenant pays Xcel directly for apartment electricity. - Your well-behaved adult pet is welcome (pet rent is $35/month) - $25 per adult application fee. $100 admin fee, if approved. - $10/month rent processing fee. - We do credit checks. - This apartment is professionally managed for the owner by Rush Realty Limited.
