This is a great room for a quiet living professional that likes to be close to the mountains and it is available furnished or unfurnished as well. Either way the utilities are included. Sorry, no pets, couples, kids, vaping, or smoking. The room is available now. People are pleasantly surprised when they see the room. Here are some nice things about the house: High speed internet. Easy access to both Cottonwood canyons. The house is on a quiet cul de sac. Quick access to interstate 215. Nice mountain views. A relaxing back yard to hangout in. Nice appliances. Laundry room. A 3 or 6 month lease with month to month after that is ideal but I am open to different durations. Female or Male is fine as long as you are easy going, clean living, respectful, and can pass a background and credit check. I'm a clean and quiet living professional male in my early 40’s that is excited about climbing, mountain biking, hiking, fitness and traveling. I also enjoy healthy eating and living. You'd have two other roommates (Male) in the house as well. They have similar interests and are in their 30's and 70's. It's a 5 bedroom house that allows us to spread out between floors.
