Fully Furnished, spacious and quiet duplex on a tree-lined street available 8/1. 30 day minimum lease. Kitchen has all new appliances and W/D in unit. 3 beds upstairs, Master (King)has small bath with shower and large closet attached, 2 other bedrooms (Queen & Full) share a full bath with tub and small closets with inserts, and 1 bedroom has a lovely balcony facing the street. All bedrooms have Smart TV's as well as a Smart TV in the living room. Pets are allowed on a case by case basis. There is a grassy shared backyard with a fire pit. Fully Furnished. All utilities, including high speed Wi-Fi included. Just bring your suitcase! I live on the other side with my family which includes a friendly dog. 420 friendly
