This charming 3bdr home will be available just in time to celebrate the 4th of July!! We are currently renovating the unit which will include a full paint, new lights/fans and new window coverings. Two of the bedrooms have carpet, but the rest of the house has vinyl flooring. The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel gas stove & fridge and dishwasher and plenty of cabinet space. The spacious living room has large windows to brighten the room with lots of natural light. The rear bedroom has a door that opens to the enclosed patio area for some outdoor enjoyment. There is also a window AC unit in the living room. Dual pane windows and ceiling fans help keep you comfortable through the summer heat and the private yard allows the family to enjoy those summer nights outside. There is a separate laundry room off the enclosed patio in back and a washer/dryer are available for use. We will consider pets with restrictions, please inquire when calling. **Pictures coming soon! The house will have a full exterior paint, as well. We anticipate the unit to be move-in ready by 7/1/26, but feel free to drive by now to see where your new could be.
