Extra cabinet space in kitchen. 1/2 bathroom on this level 3rd Floor: Shared bathroom with 2 other roommates. Laundry and other roommates’ bedrooms, along with my bedroom and bathroom are on this level. Bedroom highlights: blackout blinds, extra deep and tall closet with custom shelving, USB wall outlets, ceiling fan/light with remote, TV wall mount for TVs up to 55 inches, soundproof walls between neighboring townhomes (no annoying neighbor noises like in apartments). Coldest room in the house (summer and winter) since it’s on the bottom floor. Furnished with queen bed, small desk, and TV (or bring your own). Some storage room throughout the townhouse. Usually some garage shelving is open for your use. Street parking on 3700 South (best street imo), Plymouth Avenue, or West Temple. No parking within neighborhood (guests only). One block walk to the Meadowbrook Trax station for easy commute to anywhere in the valley. $250 security deposit due immediately to secure spot in townhouse. Then, first month’s rent and final month’s rent due at move-in ($1,650 total). About me: 39, structural engineer, dog dad, single, all things outdoors (sports and leisure), social events, tv watching, games, wide range of casual interests. I have a Labrador that goes to work with me every day. He would not interact well with other pets, so none are allowed. Current other two roommates: early 20’s, both are guys and they date women, UofU, climbing, skiing, outdoors. Deposit Details: $250 security deposit due immediately to secure spot in townhouse.
