High 9+ ft ceilings. * Nice budget room - plenty of light *9x8 so budget room , measurement does not include closet space so more there * your own private entrance door! * furnished with bed , desk , chair , lamp , comfy chair , mini fridge , and 2 plastic dressers. You do need to bring your own bedding and personal items * It's a 4 bedroom 1 bath so you will share common area and kitchen with others ( No couples, only single occupancy) . * No parking - so must park on street. * Window AC available to rent for $50 per calendar year - or you can install your own * This complex is located at 1141 East 500 South - or 1 block from U of U campus. Our complex is geared toward the budget-minded student who wants a nice place at affordable prices. * It's not unusual for us to get Tenants from out of town. In many cases, they can reserve their room before they even get here. We recommend you have a trusted person to check it out for you! but if not, that's okay too :) We try our best to show you what our place Is and IS NOT Lets start with what this place IS NOT * It's not a brand new building --> it's actually a historical building like many in the U of U area, well-kept like others in the neighborhood, it was recently renovated so inside is very nice! * It's not luxurious --> it does not have Jacuzzi, spa, gym, pool, or anything alike. Sorry we don't want to to charge you arm and leg. We want to make good places affordable to the budget-mind student. This is basic, simple, clean, quiet place in an excellent location * It does not have Maid Service --> listen up, this means 'Mom does not live here' so please please clean up after yourself. Respect your roommates, keep common area clean clean clean! Thank you! Coined-laundry on site so no excuses! * It does not have a dishwasher --> this means you will have to do your own dishes! * It does not offer LIMO service --> but it is located right along TRAX/Light rail and bus lines, the nearest trax station is the University station by football stadium which is 1 1/2 block from our complex. Also right along bus lines that comes in front of the building. More info * No Pets / No Smoking / No Drugs / No Criminals * Responsible, Clean, Quiet Tenants - not a party place * lease goes to 7/31 every year - if you want shorter 9-11 month it will be much higher. You can buy out lease for 3x rent or pay $500 to transfer to another potential tenant ( must be approved by us with new lease and you have to show) - you do lose your refundable deposit in either case * Deposit equal to one month rent - $199 of that non refundable * We are looking for nice and kind roommates, good people who respect others and won't cause troubles. We will try our best to match people similar in age group. All girls units or All guys units. * Please budget 80-100 utilities , gas/power/internet shared with roommates, rest are billed by management As you can see, we are not your Mercedes or Jaguar, more like Honda...dependable, reliable, affordable, better than comparable, excellent customer service, and our reputation is build on Trust & Integrity!
