Please make sure you can say No to all these : No smoking/drugs/pets/criminal /eviction/bankruptcy. * You should be someone sane, stable, easy to get along, clean and know how to live with roommates. i.e. respect roommate's privacy, clean up after yourself, don't steal their pizza or milk, and be a good roommate. Must pay rent on time and responsible. We don't have time for deadbeats, losers, criminals etc * We want our tenants to have good tenant experience so important that you are a nice person and good match. * The best part is you are on room Contract - individual contract so you won't be responsible for others, only your own rent and we will find roommates for you unless you already have friends who want to be your roommates.
