The condo complex has a seasonal outdoor pool, a hot tub, a large 24-hour gym, a convenience store, a coffee shop, and several jungle gyms for kids. The assigned parking spot is inside of a highly secure gated garage and is covered from rain and snow. Located within easy walking distance of the Salt Palace Convention Center, Vivint Arena, Temple Square, Gateway Mall, City Creek Mall, and dozens of great restaurants. There are two full-sized grocery stores nearby, as well as dozens of restaurants and shops in the Gateway Shopping District, which is a very walkable and eclectic district full of shops, brew-pubs, sports bars, museums, comedy clubs, laser tag, and a Dave & Busters. A light rail stop close to the condo complex can take you all over town, as well as to and from the airport. This is a gated premises with 24-hour security guards that roam the premises. No cats are allowed. |
