It isn't the greatest apartment complex, but I did enjoy my stay here. Management was easy. Neighbors were nice and the neighborhood was close to parks, Memory Grove, restaurants and downtown Salt Lake City. Parking is only free to apartment patrons. They have limited covered parking for an extra monthly fee. There is a swimming pool and laundry facilities for patrons as well. Apartments do not have air conditioning, unless you're on the upper floors, in which case, you have a window air conditioning unit. Overall, a safe neighborhood.
