So far have not had any issues. I moved in in May and haven't experienced anything like some other reviews on here. My apartment was super clean and updated when I got here. The carpets were nice, hid the dirt, and not that cheap tile carpet, which was nice. Plus for the price, I have a surprising amount of space for just over 800$ a month compared to other 2 bedroom apartments I have looked at in the past near the same price. Utilities have been fairly cheap. The only thing I think I can address is that the kitchen is a tad bit small. It borders the closet and the closet was so big that I cannot open my fridge door all the way. Not a huge deal in all honesty to me, but just a small thing. And then there is a bar window looking out to the family room from the kitchen that is just a really awkwardly low height. Other than that, no complaints from the building or area!

Oh concept property and the oaks @ trolley, where to start? Please never live here if you value your happiness, your clothes, your packages, your money, and your sanity. First of all, our air conditioning was completely broken for almost the entire time we were living there because our maintenance requests were repeatedly ignored. We even tried calling, and yet again, nothing came from it. FINALLY, someone came (mind you this was already mid-July months after we initially noticed the problem), and did he fix the AC? Take a wild guess. No! Then around two months later, they sent two maintenance men who replaced the air conditioning unit altogether. Before the new one, I was hardly sleeping for MONTHS because it is absurd not to have AC in the Utah heat. Second of all, if you're going to live here, you can forget about receiving any of your packages. All of mine were stolen even if they had actually made it inside the building for once. Third, many people's clothes were getting stolen from the washer/dryer. I'm not sure if it was residents or just random people who wandered off the street into the back door that was always open. Who knows? :) And finally, they will take as much money from you as they possibly can whether it's from maintenance work or whatever other reasons they pull out of thin air. The thing is, they don't care about any complaints you have and always treat you like you are deluded. I have never felt more disrespected in my life than by this place and concept property management. They will ignore all problems unless they can take your money from it somehow. They treat their residents like absolute ykw and somehow get away with it. It infuriates me because many of the people living there are tired, hardworking people or even families. I wish I had seen these reviews before we moved in because even the ones from 5 years ago STILL STAND. Last thing, there was dog poop left in the hallway for over two days. The person who called them slumlords in these reviews 8 years ago is still exactly right. I would love to speak with someone at concept property management. :))))) PS. you can find a MUCH nicer place for cheaper than this and with landlords who care about their residents! I promise. Just seriously, don't live here.
