So far have not had any issues. I moved in in May and haven't experienced anything like some other reviews on here. My apartment was super clean and updated when I got here. The carpets were nice, hid the dirt, and not that cheap tile carpet, which was nice. Plus for the price, I have a surprising amount of space for just over 800$ a month compared to other 2 bedroom apartments I have looked at in the past near the same price. Utilities have been fairly cheap. The only thing I think I can address is that the kitchen is a tad bit small. It borders the closet and the closet was so big that I cannot open my fridge door all the way. Not a huge deal in all honesty to me, but just a small thing. And then there is a bar window looking out to the family room from the kitchen that is just a really awkwardly low height. Other than that, no complaints from the building or area!
