This is a great bargain. * Nice old historical charm with high ceilings * Room is 10x10 good size , you can fit twin/full bed, desk, chair, but not too much stuff * Plenty of light on the main floor - beautiful hardwood floors * You will share this nice renovated 3 bedroom 1 bath unit with 2 other guy roommates. * NO living room - so not a party place, you share kitchen and bath and hall way with roommates and it's all of your responsibility to keep it clean and free of clutter. If you cook please clean up after yourself. Don't leave dirty dishes or mess, same with bathroom. Clean up after yourself ! Best for someone who leaves no mess /trail! Be a good respectable kind roommate. * So great value and affordable room. * Prime location - walkable * Plenty of street parking without any restrictions, corner building * Super close to U of U campus - bikeable! * Coined laundry on-site * Shopping, restaurants, parks, are all close as you are in the hub * Most tenants are students or working professionals, some going to school as well grad school , and we welcome international students ! *You should pass the basic roommate test . Please make sure you can say No to all these : No smoking/drugs/pets/criminal /eviction/bankruptcy. * You should be someone sane, stable, easy to get along, clean and know how to live with roommates. i.e. respect roommate's privacy, clean up after yourself, don't steal their pizza or milk, and be a good roommate. Must pay rent on time and responsible. We don't have time for deadbeats, losers, criminals etc * We want our tenants to have good tenant experience so important that you are a nice person and good match. * The best part is you are on room Contract - individual contract so you won't be responsible for others, only your own rent and we will find roommates for you unless you already have friends who want to be your roommates. You just need to take good care of the place, pay rent on time, and be a good roommate :) * Lease goes to 7/31 every year - 9-10 month lease will cost more than current rate. Please check out virtual tour for each room * Only apply when you are ready with funds as we often process same day and everything online . Your application can be used in any of our units. Even after you move in, you always have option to transfer to any of our units we manage any time for only $100 transfer fee. We provide fridge/stove/range and that's ALL! * Plenty parking on the street - corner building * Our complex is geared toward the budget-minded student /single professionals who wants a nice place at affordable price in amazing neighborhood * It's not unusual for us to get Tenants from out of town. In many cases, they can reserve their room before they even get here. We recommend you have a trusted person to check it out for you! but if not, that's okay too :) We try our best to show you what our place Is and IS NOT Lets start with what this place IS NOT * It's not a brand new building --> it's actually a historical building like many in the U of U /avenue area, well-kept like others in the neighborhood, it was recently renovated so inside is very nice! * It's not luxurious --> it does not have Jacuzzi, spa, gym, pool, or anything alike.
