Very cute and cozy 1920 Bungalow style 2 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom house in Sioux City in a great location in Morningside, on a quiet street near Morningside Ave and Lakeport. Amenities included: central air, central heat, dishwasher, washer, dryer, yard, three season porch, and retractable awning over patio. This house has an unfinished basement with plenty of storage space, water closet (toilet room), and laundry room. The attic is partially finished, but does not have AC/heat. All exterior windows have been updated. There is a spare fridge in the basement, available for use. This house is not wheelchair friendly, but it does include rails in the bathroom (near toilet and in shower) for those that need a little extra stability. We understand that not everyone enjoys their walls in various shades of blue and green. You are welcome to paint the rooms, so long as you don't paint over any wood trim/doors that aren't already painted. There is enough parking space in the alley for two vehicles, along with street parking out front. There is a single-stall garage on the property that is not available for tenant use. Tenant is responsible for lawn care and snow removal. Electricity, gas, water/sewage and trash are included. Cats allowed with deposit: $100 and $10/month pet rent.
