Signed a lease for 8 months, Everything was well until they raised the rent $200 more dollars no longer seemed worth it considering there was no fitness room, no pool, and no elevators. Going up 4 flights up the stairs with bags full of groceries was always hard and very tiring. ( all love to jaime the property manager he was such a sweet heart and always got what we needed fix ) As i do know the changing of the pricing is all up the owner of the building and $200 mire then what we were already paying was just a no go for us.
