The living room receives lots of natural light and looks over the beautiful courtyard. The bedroom is of ample size that can comfortably fit a queen-sized bed, two nightstands, and a dresser. The building is located in a centralized part of the city and is close to almost everything you'd need. There is a Capital Bikeshare station across the street and the Mt. Vernon Metro Station (Green and Yellow Line) and Chinatown Metro Station (Red, Green, and Yellow) are less than .5 miles away. The unit is also located in the same building as Chipotle and Safeway. There is an application fee of $50 per adult and a minimum lease term of one year. The minimum credit score requirement for consideration is 670 (per DC statute, the approval decision is not based solely on the credit score). The required security deposit is equal to one month's rent. Tenants are responsible for electricity and internet/cable. The building charges a moving fee of $250.00 and a one time $150.00 tenant registration fee. There is a $300 refundable deposit for any moves in the building.
